Thanks for the welcome and tips everyone.

@David Fernandez I'll have to look into Capital REI. I found a club in Reston that looked interesting that I might attend as well. Does anyone have any experience with CAZA Real Estate Investor Network in Reston?

Hey Everyone,

My name is Brandon I recently stumbled across Biggerpockets via their Podcast. My wife and I currently own one investment property and our primary residence. We are interested in building passive income through part time buy and hold investing while maintaining our full time careers.

Living in NoVA has made it challenging finding deals within our desired return. Because of this we'll likely expand the property search to locations where we have lived previously or where we have family.

If anyone knows of a good REI in NoVA please let me know, I'd love to network with fellow investors.
