As a newbie this is what I needed...the honest truth without the sugar coated unrealistic aspirations I have been hearing about how to get rich quick by wholesaling.  After speaking with a buyer and what they were seeking in a property, I quickly realized it takes dedication and many hours of research.  I have yet to find a property for my buyer.  I have ran across numerous properties, but I see my buyer having to spend entirely too much in rehabbing the property.  I want to best deal for my buyer because I want their continued business.

I am not sure where to begin connecting with Real Estate Groups in Houston.  I am very new to this.  I made the decision to get into Real Estate a week ago.  I have been doing a lot of research and trying to find my first home to wholesale.  I've already mailed nearly 100 letters to potential sellers.

Thank you Jordan. I've been driving around and looking at some of the homes that were damaged. I'm exploring BP to find out what I need to do.

Hi,

My name Is Brandie. I'm a full-time worker, mother and Dance Director of a competitive majorette team. I'm excited to get started. I have so many goals for myself in Real Estate so I can have financial freedom. My goal is to home school my children and focus on my dance team. My first step is to start wholesaling and then move to flipping and rentals. I've already started the hard part...finding a house.

Good evening, I'm new to Bigger Pockets and want to start wholesaling.  I have started my journey in researching properties and reaching out to homeowners.  I want to be financially free and able to travel with my family while making unforgettable memories with them.

However, I do not want to stop at wholesaling. I want to flip homes and also get invest in rentals, but before I take that step I want to get my family into our own home.
