Quote from @Billy Daniel:

Hey @Braedon Kenney!  Congrats on taking the leap and getting into real estate sales!  What part of central Arkansas?  We are in Russellville, but might be able to recommend an office or two!

Thank you very much! I took the test yesterday and passed the national portion, and I just barely missed the mark on the Arkansas portion, scoring a 67. I currently live in Malvern; however, I intend to focus my selling efforts more towards the Little Rock or Conway area. I am open to traveling as well, though. I'm committed to doing whatever it takes to succeed in this!

Hello, BP Family!!

I am excited to announce that I have my real estate licensing exam scheduled for this coming Thursday. As I prepare to start a new chapter in my professional journey in the heart of beautiful Arkansas, I am actively seeking brokerage recommendations. This will help me to hit the ground running in Central Arkansas's vibrant real estate market once I become a fully licensed real estate agent.

Breaking into the real estate industry is no easy feat. I recognize that the first step to success begins by aligning myself with a brokerage firm that not only resonates with my professional goals but also provides the necessary guidance and support to help me navigate through the initial stages of my career.

I am particularly interested in working with a brokerage that has an established presence in Central Arkansas, one that is known for its strong values, ethical practices, and team-oriented culture. Moreover, a firm that offers comprehensive training programs, mentorship opportunities, and state-of-the-art technology tools would be an added bonus.

Having spent significant time in Central Arkansas, I have developed a deep love for this community and a keen understanding of its unique real estate market. I am excited about the prospect of helping individuals and families find their perfect homes while contributing to the region's growth.

I understand that the choice of a brokerage is a significant decision, one that can greatly influence the trajectory of my career. Therefore, I am reaching out to my network and the larger Central Arkansas community for recommendations. If you have had a positive experience with a local brokerage or know of a firm that aligns with the values and expectations I've outlined, I would be grateful to hear from you.

Please feel free to share your thoughts, experiences, and suggestions in the comments section below, or reach out to me directly via email or social media. Any guidance you can provide as I embark on this exciting new journey would be greatly appreciated.

I look forward to reading your recommendations and thank you in advance for your support. Here's to a new beginning in Central Arkansas real estate!

Best,

Braedon Kenney

Hello all! I have finally pulled the trigger and am in the process of studying to take my Arkansas salesperson real estate exam. I am in the process of looking for the brokerage who I will be affiliated with, and was wondering if anyone had any insights for the Central Arkansas markets. Ideally, it would be a training-heavy brokerage, as I'm wanting to ensure there is plenty of resources for me to grow and develop my skillets. Obviously I'm not asking anyone to do the leg work for me,  and realize I still am going to have to do my share of due diligence, just curious if there's any current players in the game that had any insight on this. Thanks in advance!

Post: Eager Nineteen Year Old Investor Seeking Knowledge!

Hello! I am a 19 year old aspiring investor and I have to say I have never felt so eager to hop into something as much as I have real estate investing. I know that with that strong of a desire needs just as strong of a preparation if not more before I can truly say I'm making a smart investment. One of my biggest questions I've had while learning through real estate through various books and podcasts is what is the best way to get a clear understanding of market values of a certain area and how to really pick up on the outliers which become good deals. Also, as part my journey I've made the decision to pursue real estate investing "full-time" I guess you could say, with the future goal of having my investments lead to financial freedom. What are the things that are good to focus on early in my investment career that could make things easier when trying to scale down the road? This post is to just stick my foot into the door of this community and welcome any and all knowledge!
