Hey RVA, I'm a long-time BP reader/listener but finally decided to take the plunge and start posting!  I’m a construction Project Manager and also have experience in flipping raw land. I’m currently considering getting into the self storage business, and I’d love to connect with others in the area about self storage, land flipping, residential development, and building my network of investors.
