My name is Brad, I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for over a year now but am new to the forums. I've finally saved up some money and am looking to invest in the Denver area. My only issue is I live in California and always have; therefore, I am not familiar with the market but plan on moving there within the next few years after acquiring a few rental properties. I could really use an investor friendly realtor to help me find and maintain my first rental property as I learn the ropes. I figured there's no better way to learn than to just dive in. If you're not a realtor but know the market, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
