It is vitally important that property investors have plans in place for not only your properties and belongings after you pass, but also in case of an accident or health ailment during your lifetime.

What's the right type of entity to hold property in? What is the difference between a Will and a Trust? How do they work? How do you ensure your wishes are followed in case you become incapacitated? What plan is right for you and your family? Join Attorney Elizabeth D. Mitchell with the law firm of Ambler | Keenan | Mitchell | Johnson to discuss the ins and outs of estate planning and answer your questions. This is a free event to attend and also entitles you to a free one-hour estate planning consultation with Beth.

Hi Marjorie, These are fairly large units with 3bd, 2ba sides (and the ability to be 4bd sides).  We expect to get $1,950+ per side as 3bd, 2ba units and around $2150/side if we decide to go to 4bd units.  Our decision will hinge on the type of tenant we are able to find.  Sometimes 4bd units attract too many people living in the unit which brings potential problems.
