Looking for fix and flip properties in Cincinnati, Oh. Primarily in areas like Madisonville,Oakley,Hyde park, norwood mount Washington any decent areas on the eastside and northside of town. Please no west side properties lol. SEND ME WHAT YOU HAVE 😀

anybody have any rehab properties they don't need or know someone who wants to get rid of them. Please sent me a message of the addresses would like to check them out. Primarily looking for areas in the east side of town including walnut hills.

Hey guys thanks for all the feedback but I ended up passing on the fairmout area until further notice. Currently holding on to an 4 unit in north Avondale. Hope all is well have a blessed day. 

my uncle owns one Battle Axe Construction you may have seen signs around cincy/middletown area and i was hoping to use him to my advantage @Lexi Colt.

Because im a newbie im not really sure on numbers. I'm thinking to having my father as a partner just so i can have a teamwork type of feeling. He already owns a 4-unit in North Avondale.@Chris Campbell 

Not concerned about buyers my biggest thing is actually finding a deal lol.
