I see. After you gentleman brought up this issue I did some more digging into it. I think I was sold a line of bull from a couple of other people on the subject. I think you may have saved me some expenses. Thanks!

I am forming a company and I would like to start building my business credit. I was wondering if it is more beneficial to find a virtual office first and then file the articles of incorporation with my state or if I could file first and then find a virtual office. I just don't want to go back later and have to reorganize things.

Anyone encountered this?

Okay. I figured that was the case, but I wanted to clarify it. I have no issue with that. But you brought up the business structure. Should I instead opt for a LLC?

Hello, my name is Bradley Wood and I'm starting an S-Corporation. I was wondering if you could use your corporation's business credit to help purchase real estate (without a personal guarantee) and if I could also use my business credit to refinance. I'm following the BRRRR methodology here.

Thanks!

I am forming an S-Corporation for my company and am a real estate agent. I have two questions about using the EIN number to obtain debt financing for the purchase of properties. Can you accomplish it with just using your EIN and not having to personally guarantee the loan and can  you refinance the loan using your corporation's credentials and not your personal credentials?
