How should I go about wholesaling a property in my neighborhood. The property is vacant, the owner died maybe 2 years ago and there are no lineal descendants .if I'm not mistaken the owner was never married and has no children. I have the owners relatives numbers but I'm a little scared 2 reach out to them.. this would be my first deal.. bigger pockets please help im tired of being broke.. thanks in advance

Great now I have 2 buy a boat

@Daniel Lynch Lmaooo don’t do it

I find abandoned houses in the Miami Area all the time, but most often the homes that look like great opportunities are usually still owned by the dead person. Example a lady died in October 2017 and the county still has her as the owner in 2019... when does the property go into probate??? Will it ever go to probate??? I looked up her relatives and was going to give them a call just not sure what to do
