Hello BP members, I am looking for a great, reliable person in Denver, Colorado to install drywall in a bathroom we are remodeling, we also need some plumbing work done. We're doing the following: 

Bathroom: drywall, heated flooring, tile flooring, double vanity sink install, glass shower install, clawfoot tub fixtures/plumbing install.

Denver area recommendations are greatly appreciated. We'll be working on additional remodeling projects as well and we're always looking for good people.

Thank you very much Arlen!! You have really helped me and my wife, we’ve been stressing over this Turbo Tax question. We just have one rental and we take a small loss every month so we don’t want to have to pay the IRS on top of that. 

There’s a question on Turbo Tax that we’re stuck on. Do we take all depreciation this first year as an expense or depreciate over the useful life? Not sure if I’m even asking the question properly but it says in Turbo Tax to consider the answer carefully and that it’s difficult to go back and “undo”. 

Any advice and/or guidance is greatly appreciated. I have a screenshot but don’t see an option to include in this post.

Welcome to BP and hopefully to the Denver Real Estate investing community when you decide to move here. I've lived here in Denver for a few years now, my wife and I invest in Denver real estate through house hacking and we've had success with cash flow and appreciation on our properties.

I would highly recommend anything that Charles Roberts puts out. Also, I'm assuming you've checked out the bigger pockets podcasts or if you're wanting some local Denver market information check out the denver real estate investing podcast that's run by  @Chris Lopez -both podcasts are amazing and I highly recommend!

Really excellent feedback and I appreciate all of the recommendations, I will definitely go in with a salary/hourly for my marketing efforts and percentage commission on deals I help bring to the table to start. 

Actually, I may do cold calling, door knocking, driving for dollars if the compensation is attractive.
