Thanks Mike , that'll definitely be happening but probably not until 2016 so that we have about 30 percent for downplay mentioned and renovations. I'm hungry to start this sooner!

Thanks for the advice!

Welcome! I too am new to the site and from Massachusetts. I'm from Tewksbury but work in Boston as an RN. I've spent a lot of time and money as well on some niche rei info that seemed to not pan out but did make me more motivated. I think this is the best site for us. I would love to start wholesaling myself. If you're ever looking for contacts in the area I'd be one of them. In the same boat might be a good thing for the first few deals. Cheers man

Hello everyone! My name is Brad and I'm very new to the bigger pockets and real estate world. A little about myself, I'm 28 and a registered nurse that works in a Boston based hospital, currently living at home with the rents and saving for a home with my girlfriend. I have always been interested in real estate and just started reading up on how to get into the field. Like many I don't know where to start but I'm determined to find out great info on here. My goals are to spend my off days educating myself to get more of a comfort level and to also find out ways in which I can do this without using or losing my own hard earned money. I would love to have a mentor of sorts in the Boston area. I am an exceptionally hard worker and give 100 percent once I want something, as evidenced by completing my bachelors of nursing degree in 2 years. But I digress. My point is I'm interested, invested, and would love to network. My financial freedom is in the distance but my sights are locked in on it. Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Cheers, Brad Robillard
