I want to get started in real estate investing using the Brrrr method but don't have the capital to purchase or renovate I just completed the book by David Greene BUY REHAB RENT REFINANCE REPEAT, and I truly believe this is a strategy that I can do. I am currently a New York City Correction Officer with a wife and two beautiful daughters so my schedule is pretty busy. I would love to make a passive income that will improve my family's life style but also building a nice portfolio as well....... any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
