Need to clarify as I am not sure if the site allows me to edit. We are looking for an umbrella policy to cover our 65 rentals as well as our personal property and are not sure if we can put that many policies under an umbrella or two or if we have to move everything to a commercial umbrella, as we are getting different information from insurance agents regarding that.

Asking about Umbrella policies for the State of AZ. We have 65 single family homes and are looking for an umbrella policy to cover these properties as our personal property. Can the risk be spread among two or three umbrella policies and what insurance companies would consider covering this?

We will consider commercial if that is our only option.
