Hello BP, I am approved to buy, I started looking at homes with my agent, to my surprise, I am not sure I really know what to look for when I am inside these homes, I am reaching out to you all to help me with things I should be looking at, I will also appreciate it if anyone have a list of things to be checking for. Thanks a lot.

If you are going with a traditional bank, your best bet is a smaller regional bank.

Thank you for your time. I am getting the loan from a broker nrl mortgage. It is a 30 years conventional loan.

With this kind of seriousness and focus, use that 12k to start building your portfolio. Nothing is new under the saw, it is all a Google away. Good luck.
