@Account Closed  When I use property radar, I can create a list with whatever parameters I want. I can print my list, I can print it directly to labels, I can export to excel, I can print owner address or property address, it's pretty versatile. @Sean OToole can I get a discount? ;-)

If someone calls to asked to be removed from your list, do you do that or just keep mailing hoping someday they will be ready?

@Barry Smith I've been using it for a more than a year now, and I love it. You have to double check accuracy, but it's based on public records. Support has been great, I use it to generate my mailing lists. Sean is a great speaker/teacher.

@Recia Davis  I've been door knocking foreclosure for a while now. Once I'm SURE I'm talking to a property owner, (very important), I tell them I'm a real estate professional, and start with "I'm sure you've already taken care of the problem, but I couldn't but notice... and that usually gets them talking. I try to be consultative and helpful, and become a helpful guest rather than an annoying pest.
