Hi Chris.

I'm also new and I'm also an engineer with a FT software dev job. I live in S pringville, UT. I'm here because I recognize that I need to get serious about building cash flow and doing something about my tax bill every year. I have previous entrepreneurial experience. I can bring some cash and outstanding credit to the table as well for JVs, partnerships, etc.

Anyway, welcome. I'd like to stay in touch/connect.

Bob

Hello, everyone. My name is Bob Haupt. I am new and want to get started in Real Estate investment. My background is computer software development and I have been an internet entrepreneur in the past. I'm at the point where I'm getting burned out in the software profession and I need to get serious about building a second career. I'm interested in learning all I can about R.E. investing and networking in the real world and getting this started. I've heard the pitches from R.E Education/Investing companies that want me to spend $15K on education which I think is insane. Can you help me learn and get started?
