Quote from @Jay Hinrichs:

if this is owner occ U should check to see if you have to adhere to Dodd Frank. sometimes there is a simple carve out for one or two sales.

And How do you check ? I am trying to get that info

I am looking for a deck builder to build a 2nd floor deck in Running Springs CA, it is about 8x24x40 L Shaped on the 2nd floor. It is hard to find qualified people, What resources have you used to find your contractors or qualified people, I have tried, yelp, craigslist(scary), HomeAdvisor . everyone seems to be too busy

Hi Emily

I wish I had started at your age, I am in OC but I have investments in San Bernadino . I am not a licensed realtor, I think it is better if you are not licensed but it makes finding deals a but harder. Good Luck, Remember is always about the deal If you find a good enough deal you can always find the money. Bob

maybe I will increase my application fee to offset the price, what do you think

Thanks Jon , Can you recommend a transaction coordinator
