I am looking for a Real Estate Purchase Contract for a For Sale By Owner with Seller Financing. I am selling my rental properties with Seller Financing and by owner, if you have one you could share I would appreciate it. I am changing my investment strategy to seller financing selling off rentals as they become vacant
