Hello BP community!

I am currently marketing my first rental property to prospective tenants. So far I've placed an ad in Craigslist's "for rent" section. I just posted this ad today and already I've gotten a few inquiries, however, thus far none the inquiries were strong prospects.  I'm thinking Craigslist just doesn't attract the best quality prospects. 

What are some other inexpensive marketing avenues that have yielded success for others?

I'd be very interested in hearing your thoughts!

Hello!  I'm a new member from northern Delaware.  I'm new to this site and new to real estate investing in general.  I have several years experience in the mortgage industry, but I'm brand spanking new to this side of the business!  Still trying to decide which RE investing strategy is right for me and my family.  Looking forward to seeing what all the folks on this site have to say!
