Any body familiar with the Cape Cod MA real estate market. Cannot get approved for conventional financing currently but have been looking into other creative ways to obtain financing including but not limited to lease with an option. The few realtors I have talked to say it is very rare. Of course I know there is no incentive for them to help with this but I would like some advice on how to present this option.

Anyone familiar with this market?
