Ok, I'm new to Flips but I've been told that with a little creativity, anything is possible! For all my fellow investors, have any of you used your creativity to fund your flips? Please share, I'd love to learn from your experience!

I'm still new to investing but I was recently visiting a friend who lives in a mobile park in southern California. She lives in a nice community for older living and let me tell you - her home and most of her neighbors' homes are really NICE!!! I will admit, going there I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and attractive her home was (not what I typically see on TV) she paid about $80K for her property and now I'm looking into MHP as an investment strategy. The park had 120 units all well kept and they had a community pool. I would not discard the idea.
