Daniel Godbout sorry I don't have an answer but a question. I am in the process of working out and owner finance deal as well , it's my first property so I'm kind of lost in the woods. Who is drawing up your offer? I've heard Title companies are the best and economical option there.

Jason Bott and John Mocker thank you both so much! I will definitely call around and talk to some other agents and make sure I get the proper coverage!
It's somewhat dependent on who's behind the camera but I absolutely love my canon T3i it's a little older but in a basic program mode it takes some beautiful pictures right about of the box you can probably pick up one with a basic kit for about $400

Planning on purchasing a condo in Tulsa, Ok and was calling around insurance quotes. I called Allstate and asked for a quote on a landlords policy. For a decent policy that covers fire etc they quoted me $187/month. That's seems ridiculously high to me! Especially when the HOA covers everything outside the condo. I don't if part of the cost is me being young or because I've never a policy before. What would be cheaper? Liability insurance only? Any advice would great! Thanks!
