Attended another successful @Taylor Jennings Meetup last night: "Real Estate Investing in Indianapolis". I have left each Meetup surprised by the quantity and quality of information shared and learned. Literally the entire room is friendly and engaging. You and your project manager/mentor have undoubtably already covered this, but did his rehab quote include the costs of splitting up the utility supplies into their own metered feeds? Maybe they already are..
