I was listening to a podcast a several months ago and Brandon mentioned a Texas based website that would help with reo and vacancy listings in your local area. The website would even send post cards for you. Does anyone know the name of it?

My goals are asset protection. My homes are held within an LLC now. My name and my wife’s name are officers of the llc. I would like to change that where my trust is the officer of the LLC.

Which is better for real estate, revocable or irrevocable trust? I’m an investor in single family homes.

I am new to the rental property industry. Currently, we are doing the BRRR strategy. However, I am interested in doing seller financing on some deals. Example would be, bank carries 80 percent, seller carries 20 percent. How have you structured your seller financing? Did you set it up as a second lien?

With the price of child care and homes staying empty for to long it only made sense for me to start doing this full time. Best decision we have ever made. Our next goal is to bring in enough for my wife to also retire.

So the houses listed on auction.com with auction dates for the end of may could be purchased outside of the auction site from the owner? Even though the auction has been scheduled.

I am a new member of bigger pockets. There seems to many foreclosures in my area. However, they are all mostly done through auction.com for cash only. What are some other sites to look at, that would take bank financing?
