If I were to raise a syndicated deal to purchase a large apartment complex (via a new LLC acquisition vehicle), could an investor use 1031 proceeds to invest in this LLC?

I have a few thousand addresses that I would like to categorize by property type.  Is there a  way to automically pull property types by address that wouldn't require manually inputting each address?  TIA
