I have never heard of a city telling you to keep the apartments empty! If so, then they need to pay you to keep them empty!  It's hard when your not in the good ol boys club. they play dirty! Lookk for help from your local state rep office!

When going for the RIF they want to know what I'm going to do with the money? So maybe I am not exactly saying it right to get that kind of loan from the bank?

If you were going for a RIF loan on a free and clear cash SFH owned rental property,,,,,then please tell me how to talk to the bank to get it!!!! When I'm talking with the bank I tell them I want to borrow 75% of the equity on the home? is that correct?

Well, they don't seem to get it!   ERRRRRRR

Ok, if you read my blogs earlier I am rif a rental property sfh that I bought cash. No bank wants to do it ...they'll do a line a of credit on my house that I live in or do a conventional mortgage on a house that I want to purchase. How do I get around this?..on my third bank today.......................errrr  everyone said to get a RIF on a property that I own free and clear.......not working very well forme this morning...

Great video! Looks like my last tenant used to live there! She forgot to take her meds! LOL!

Interesting>>>thoughts, thank you. I would make 40K after rehab on the 3 BRM after it sells 30 60 90 days.  30 k   rehab 30k  ARV100k

would make $650 a month after a little paint and flooring in a couple of days move in ready on the double wide. purchase 5k rehab 3k PLUS I'M GETTING ASMALL PCOF GROUND WITH IT just a lot size

Talking to investors in the past ...I was told trailers make a lot of cash flow? How many of you own trailers or doublewides? or do investors steer away from them BECAUSE OF dep value.
