I've just started researching green building so admittedly I don't know much yet.  I have found contractors that say they are LEED certified in my area but was just reaching out for more info. We are wanting to build a home with steel framing and metal exterior , similar to a commercial building but it will be our primary residence.  Information on LEED certified architects would be great. Thanks!

Good Morning BP Family,

I'm looking for companies that specialize in building steel frame homes that are energy efficient and LEED certified. Also looking for grant programs and lenders who specialize in financing for green homes. Thanks!!

Good Afternoon BP Family,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any hard money lenders or private money lenders that service Mississippi? I have a deal I am working on for a 77 acre lot, the owner is willing to let it go for 300k. The lot has valuable fill dirt covering a great portion of the lot and we are looking to purchase this property to sell of the dirt. We have some of our own capital to put into this deal, we just need funding for the lot purchase and equipment for excavation. The owner will allow us his permits he was granted. Thanks!

Thanks everyone for your responses!

@Matt M.- I'm gonna check out that website along with a few others I've found and compare services and prices

@David Dachtera- I'll be marketing mainly to potential sellers and I've done plenty of research on the area I'm advertising in and I work for a bank reviewing appraisals so I have plenty of experience on home valuation. I also have a great broker and mentor who is going to finance the first direct mail marketing campaign so I'll have an update later on the response rate.

@David Hunter- Thanks, I will check out that site as well.  I'm offering my expertise in the market being a lifetime resident of the area and although only licensed for 3 years and analyzing appraisals for 2, I'm confident I can price their home where constant asking price decreases and a long time on the market won't be necessary.  I've also read one of your posts in another forum on creating a home seller's guide for advertising to owners of expired listings and fsbo's, so I'd like to go that route as well.

@Claire Trammell- I am actually looking for a template to use if you have suggestions. I can incorporate our company logo into it.  Yes, I have selected an area that I want to focus on, I believe there are a total of 913 doors.  I'm going to start at the beginning of March and do 3 or 4 waves of deliveries leading up to this summer.

Good Morning BP Family,

I'm getting ready to start an every door delivery mailer campaign with the USPS.  Does anyone know of companies that can print up 2 sided flyers for USPS to send out to my selected area?

Hello @ChrisHiatt,

Welcome to BP!  I grew up in Ft. Polk and lived in Leesville for a year before I moved to MS.  Good luck in your future RE endeavors.
