My name is Curtis and I am a flyer distributor in San Diego county (all of it) from Mo. - Fri. As you can imagine I find Distressed properties all the time (Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Vista, Escondido, El Cajon, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Chula Vista, San Ysidro, Eastlake, Del Mar just to name a few) and I am looking for investors who would like to buy these properties that they, otherwise, would not have known about.

JERMAINE LUCAS I am trying to start birddoging in the San Diego county area and believe that a referral ($500) should be paid out of escrow/ closing. Does anyone have any thoughts about this for someone who daily delivers flyers and finds distressed properties all the time?

I am looking to begin birddogging in San Diego CA. I am a flyer distributor walking door 2 door all over San Diego county. I find distressed properties all the time and am looking for buyers. My question is if there is any illegality on my part. Do I NEED to have some kind of licensing to do this for a finders fee? i am not yet ready to get into the paperwork/hassle of wholesaling etc.
