Looking for multi family properties minimum of 3 units with at least a 5-6 Cap, I don't mind lower class properties. Don't want spend over 100k per unit.

Thanks Dave Van Horn what I can offer them is allot of money in commissions. I'm an all cash buyer who will close quick. As far as commercial brokers they'll have multi family properties?
