As far as a website, they make it super easy to create a basic one on places like Godaddy(dot)com. for less than 20 bucks a month. As far as getting people to pay you to list, i really don't know just because of places like craigs list where its free. Maybe contact some landlords around town and see if they would be interested in something like that. It may make it eaiser for locals to see whats available quickly around his/her part of town Good luck!!

Hi,

Are there any DIY tips on BP? like maybe a step by step on how to lets say patch a dry wall hole, or maybe laying tile, things that might save some folks some cash if they do it themselves? I know youtube is pretty good for that, but to have it all in one place would be cool.

Hello all,

I'm fairly new to the site, but wanted to let anyone that has just started on the site know to check out the Podcast!!! They are awesome!! not a bad one yet! I like to listen to them while at work. very informative. Lots of topics to choose from! Im the type that learns more from listening to people than reading, and the people they have on break things down to a very easy personable level. Keep up the good work BP!!!!

1 of each I believe, REO and SS. Is this something that is normal when dealing with these type properties? Is it something that causes headaches? Any advice going into some thing like this? Should I avoid all together? Thanks !!

Awesome thanks everyone. I wonder if HP will let me show the property to potential tenants during any waiting periods? Can you also explain what contingencies are? Thanks!!
