Another solid turnout!  Thanks to everyone who came out and learned a little about expenses and depreciation!

I don't think you need to worry about commingling funds until you have an LLC. If you just want to keep the funds separate, open another account and work through that.

Hey Oliver!  Check out the forums here for meetups and meetup.com.  Also, make sure you do a search for Facebook events periodically as they can pop up with short notice.

On another note, make sure you discuss wholesaling with your broker prior to getting into it too deep.  Some states have laws that will make it very hard for you to wholesale and stay compliant.  Since you're licensed, your broker would be the one holding the bag is any lawsuits came out of it.
