@Jake Knight Did you end up pursuing this? I live in Morgan Hill and been considering something down in Salinas. Interesting idea and it would be interesting to figure out a solution that gives them acceptable housing and still have cash flow.

@Cavin Brown please add me to the buyer's list as well. I am looking at a couple of markets that are near major military bases. Killeen area looks strong for BRRRR for SFR.

Got the text & the link. Logged in, but it keeps saying the host hasn't logged in yet. I notice previous webinars that it seems this happened with as well. Any ideas? Did it just not happen?
