Hope all is well with you and yours! As the title says, I have been  business owner (Consulting, Project Management, Property Management)  for a few year now but have recently taken a dive into real estate and relating investments. I've began accumulating knowledge from several different sources such as a Dave Ramsey, Brandon Turner and the likes, as well as a variety of different podcasts and more.

I have heard the BiggerPockets realm referenced from several different sources and am looking to see what I can learn here. Being licensed in New York state, and hopefully soon New Jersey as well. I am looking to learn from individuals working/investing within the two states.

Some things, among many others, that are on my mind:

How you got into investing?

What's your current strategy? How does your current strategy differ from your past strategy(s), if at all? How well aligned is your current strategy with your future strategy/end goal.

What are your expectations for the near future of the real estate market that might influence when/how you invest?
