Create to connect. I hoping to not only build connections with investors to assist in purchasing and selling investment properties, but to also be a partner potentially in some investments. Possibly flips, rentals or multi-units.

I'm a realtor in both PA and New Jersey. I am looking to possibly partner with some investors in S.E. PA in the Philly suburbs near my home town of Limerick (Montgomery, Chester and Berks Co.) and possibly South Jersey from Ocean City south.

There are an enormous amount of buyers out there right now with little product onto market. Even with the rate hikes this year, rates are still relatively low.

Reach out to the township. Each one is different on how they handle zoning issues, permits, etc.
