I'm a dual licensed PA and NJ agent looking to do more business with investors in South Jersey from about Ocean City South to Cape May. Some great opportunities for fix n flip or hold for rentals. Singles and multiple-units. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I did one flip on the edge of Wildwood and looking to invest again in the area soon. I also cover S.E. PA Philly suburbs as well.
