Hi Bryan. Yes, I am; in fact, 5 of the properties I own. The source requires papering up. But I could have the entire inventory--with pictures--in your hands immediately upon receipt of the docs. Thanks. Tom

You can access commercial properties through me in 3 ways:

1. Work directly with a tape-buyer to buy fresh product right off the bank servers. Nationwide. $5 million minimum, no papering up.

2. Buy post-bank properties from compiled inventories. No minimum or maximum, Papering up required.

3. Buy directly from me via properties I own, have contracted, am assigning, or am wholesaling. Papering-up required.

Please contact me if interested.

Thank you.

Commercial Bank Tapes, right here. I can set you up buyer-to-buyer to get commericial properties fresh off the bank-servers. You specify what you want, the tape-buyer delivers an inventory to you. You cherrypick. Do due diligence and then close. $5m minimum. Transacting daily.

Thanks! I will keep you posted on the property. Bigzoo: back in the dawn of computers, it seemed like everbody was in chat "zooing" each other, the verb tense of the word. I was younger and foolish back then, and I thought I'd be the "biggest zooer" of them all. Plus, it's easy to remember.

Just a little update on this: the Attorney General in Indiana passed the case along to the Attorney General in Michigan, since the houses in the transaction were in Michigan. The AG in Michigan sent a letter to JES asking them to explain their side of the story. That was a few days ago. I will keep you updated.

...your 100+ unit apartment buildings built after 1970 that are in distress. I will run numbers, package them, and submit them to a buying group who, upon their own initial due diligence, will either (a) submit an LOI on the property and move forward, or (b) give me the big thumbs down and tell me to get real. They do more A's than B's. I get paid from the buying group.

For Rehabbers: I am currently compiling a list of interested rehabbers who would benefit from buying 3-4 house packages on land contract (seller financing). Individual rehabbers or rehab companies welcome. Packages will be available soon, and I will send you details on each as they become available.

Feel free to contact me with interest.

Thank you.
