Just wondering if adding new appliances to a rental help with asking for a higher rental price.

Hello, new investor in the Atlanta area, Looking for experienced  investor friendly real estate agent with Atlanta Beltline real estate experience. Also will be looking in the surrounding areas of East Point, College park, and parts of Dekalb county.  

I am a new investor in the Atlanta area looking to invest in the Beltline area. Has anyone have any experience investing in this area. And if so is there anything I should consider when doing so. 

Has anyone tried using Redfin's real estate agent program for investment purposes, if so how did it work for you. 

Just got My LLC approved. Just getting started investing. My wife and I have been going out on the weekend farming neighborhoods to decide which one to begin investing in. My question, is the mileage tax deductible under our LLC as these trips out have litteraly been for hours at a time.
