Are you required to show tax returns when getting a loan from a hard money lender? Or if you're buying the house as yourself on a fixed year? What is needed to get a loan besides check stub?

Yes I'm in the same boat. I'm currently looking for property to flip/rehab and hope and pray it's a success to prove to myself and him wrong.
