Our Company is based in the Denver, Colorado area and we are looking for a real estate investor, small group of investors, or partner who will understand the value of a tropical water sports development such as Manatee Bay. The Manatee Bay property is located on the Western Lagoon of Belize, which will provide owners with direct access to water sports in the lagoon and on the Caribbean. The Caribbean is accessible by a 15 minute boat ride across the lagoon and through the Manatee Bar River.

• The government is a stable English Parliamentary Democracy based on English Common Law. (Belize was once British Honduras.)
• Money exchange is always $2 Belize to $1 US, so it’s easy to convert. Also, most everyone accepts US dollars, so one doesn’t have to worry about exchanging money.
• It’s easy to get to from LA, Houston, Dallas, or Miami. A plane ride is about 2 to 2-1/2 hours from any of these airports to Belize City.
