There are many things in life we can't put a price on. The one thing I got most out of BP, where I couldn't quantify the dollar amount, is friendship. Some have become very good friends. We share info, deals and discuss strategies on a regular basis. How much does that worth? :0)

So far $0 as i still new however as highlighted discussions etc on strategies,deals is priceless.

Under 40.i would buy into money market instruments then later (several years) when the rates normalize and liquidity improve, i would switch to buy and hold single family houses in ideal areas.

No apologies whatsoever.that is emotional attachment on her part.Just acknowledge her concerns with whatever rapport building you can do but remain within your maximum allowable offer.

Wow..23 pages.Thanx for the contributions.Surely money can be made consistently with wholesaling.However i picked up that it can be like a job(no passive income), nevertheless the skills you pick up(finding deals,negotiating) are also great for the buy and hold investor
