@Sherief Elbassuoni thanks for the response. I have heard that in Redmond the city doesn't give permission to extend the walls especially on rambler. Is it true ? If so what are ways to avoid it?

Hi all,

We just recently moved to Redmond. Our home is 3 bed 2 bath. Rooms are tiny. We are planning to extend our home and add a master suite of around 200 sq ft. Is it possible to extend our place and is there a place to check online if it is allowed and who can I reachout for approval?

I am planning to sell my townhome in WA state. Are there any strategies to save on selling agent and buying agent commission? I don't want to spend 6% on agent commission and would like to get some guidance.
