Actually, yesterday there appeared a thread on BP that can be easily found by doing the following search on BP  "Scott Carson Do not invest"  I hope I'm not too late.

Let us not forget, that the 15 lawsuits I highlighted in my previous post represent ONLY those people who had the resources, and presence of mind (and in some cases, the courage) to file a lawsuit against him.  For every one who did, there might be 3 (or five?) who didn't!  Maybe more.  So what is the final casualty count?  45?  75?  I don't know.  I do know lot of people contacted me, because of my original post on Scott Carson's basecamp site.  I was surprised at how many were my colleagues in the note business.

I think it's a natural thing to trust somebody who presents himself as a "guru" more than you would somebody else.  You think he's in the public eye, and can't afford to screw people.

Up until now, we have been a segregated group of people, but thank's to Gerry's post, and Al's willingness to put up a website (coming soon), I hope to see that change going forward.  Thank you Gerry and Al

I enjoy the Note business, and what SCOTT CARSON is doing, through WE CLOSE NOTES and INVERSE ASSETS is hurting all of us!

I was one of the lucky ones! I invested some of my money along with two partners into INVERSE ASSET FUND. It was six figures in total. I realized things had gone awry when 9 months had gone by, and he still hadn't cancelled the Land Contracts on the non performers we invested in. Being a note investor myself, I thought this indicated he wasn't managing the assets. When I exercised my rights under the JV agreement to cancel, have my principle returned, along with interest owed me, it started out with radio silence, then turned to downright lies. I suspected a Ponzi scheme, and told an associate of SCOTT CARSON's I was considering alerting the SEC.

I got my money back, but the almost dozen people who wrote me did NOT!  At least not as of this writing.

A public records search, searching for SCOTT CARSON or INVERSE ASSET in several counties throughout Texas,  and one in Florida gleaned the following case numbers and venues, for whatever it's worth.

D-1-GN-16-002939 Travis
D-1-GV-12-001425 AUSTIN
CC-17-06044-E DALLAS

PM me and I'll send you the initial complaints, but they are available to ANYBODY, as they are public record.  It's a sad thing when somebody so public in the note business does this to so many people.
