Hey there - I'm relatively new to BP and want to get some advice. Has anyone had any experience with this selling tactic based on the book by Bill Effros, How to Sell your House in 5 Days"?  Would love to get your feedback and advice.

Thanks,

Beth

Please do update us because I'm interested in setting up a similar "syndicate" in Atlanta for a group of investors who want fractional investment in rentals. I'm eager to learn what you find out.

Leandro, thanks for a great set of questions. I'm relatively new to BP as well and just have to say Azeez, that was a really well-crafted and helpful post. Thank you!

I would also talk to a CPA who does real estate transactions. Tax implications, how money moves in and out, etc are all important issues. See an interesting link below.

Talk to a CPA who does real estate partnerships.  I would not take one lawyers opinion unless they have other clients who are similarly structured. Partnerships are typically joint and several which means if one partner screws up all partners are liable.
