Hello Ryan,

You should reach out to the title company that you plan on using to first find out if they work with wholesalers, some don't. During that call ask them what would be the best process to follow when you get a property under contract to send them the earnest money deposit and paperwork. Most you would just wire them and email paperwork but it could vary.

For your last question about the inspection period, that depends on what the agreement you plan on using says about the inspection period. Make sure you understand the ins and outs of your agreement very well before you get someone under contract. You don't want to put yourself or the seller in a bad situation

Reach out if you have more questions.

Good morning Beatrice,

When communicating with the buyer, you should only provide them with the purchase price. This is crucial for their financial and decision-making process. Additionally, you don't want the buyer to have his decision affected by them knowing how much money you are making. Realistically they will discover the contract price eventually, but for initial discussions focused on running numbers, disclosing the price they will be paying is enough.

Hey Henry,

As a general rule of thumb, the more budget-friendly a marketing strategy is, the more effort and 'sweat equity' it may require. Having said that, door knocking or jumping on a dialer could definitely be effective.

Reach if you want to further discuss this.

Good luck!

Hi John,

Around a year ago, I encountered a similar issue while using batchdialer. I kept needing to rearrange phone numbers frequently. To be frank, I believe this is just a part of the process. To tackle this, I brought in a VA who now manages this task for me, as it was consuming too much of my time. Currently, we're contemplating switching to a different dialer to see if we can achieve a better outcome.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, good luck!

Hey Larry,

You can also reach out to your title company and ask them who are their most active investors!

Hello everyone!

I've been running SMS campaigns for a while now and have achieved great results. However, I've noticed that my deliverability rates have recently dropped. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to improve my deliverability and get back to my previous results?

Thank you guys in advance!
