Hey BP, I have been looking at a couple online savings accounts to park some money in. Ally savings rate is 0.60% if I am correct. I also saw Chime.com but didn't know how reliable it was. It's APY is 1.00% and it also has the Round Ups feature, where it rounds up a purchase and places it in your savings account. Kind of like Acorn investing, but for savings accounts. And When I Get Paid helps you automatically save a percentage of every paycheck. Let me know your thoughts! Thank you.

@Mark Johnson Thanks so much for the feedback! As I have been speaking with the agent, he has stressed continuity of education and growth so it seems as though he is trying to improve his business. He is a little bit old school but has adapted with using technology to a certain degree. His marketing isn’t amazing but most of his clients are repeat clients and investors. I will keep everything you said in mind.

I have been listening to several podcasts and reading articles for investing, saving, and frugality.

Again, Thanks for the advice!

Hey BP, I am a freshman college student in Indiana. I just got a job with a real estate agent who needed someone to help him get caught up with compiling documents from past clients and other admin duties. He is going to teach me as much as he knows from his over 30 years of Real Estate experience. What I'm wondering is how can I effectively give value to him and retain the knowledge that he gives me? Thank you in advance!
