Breaking up the relationship with an unresponsive broker is not fun, but necessary. It will be a weight lifted off your shoulders once you find one that answers the phone when you call and makes stuff happen. Call other property owners or management companies in the area and ask who they like. Good luck.

I love my Microsoft Surface. My Surface Pro 2 is five years old or more and it is still incredibly fast. With a Bluetooth mouse and auxiliary monitor it seems like a desktop computer. I will never buy a "real" computer again, just another Surface. It is very nice for filling out and signing documents on the go.

I've read on these forums that number of properties per LLC is not the question. It is value of assets per LLC.

A transit level would be just as effective but requires 2 people.  They are cheap, also($200).  Another option is visit construction products store.  Most will rent either a transit-level or laser level for $20/day or so.
