I am looking to buy a multifamily property that only has washer and dryer mounts in on side of the house in the garage. I was wondering how easy and expensive it would be to install some so both units wouldn’t have to share.

My parents own some land in a small town outside of Nashville and I’m looking for information on what I need to start a mobile home park how to go about renting land to these tenants. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
