Hi all! I've done one deal so far. It was an excellent learning opportunity (read: "financial disaster") and I'm looking to do some more. I'm currently considering a duplex, living in one half, renting the other. I live in Memphis TN and hope to connect with others in the area. I've heard of Memphis Invest and I've been told that there is a local REIA group. Can anybody tell me anything or point me in the right direction? Please feel free to reach me over BP or email me.
