We are currently preparing my real estate strategy, of course using the Bigger Pockets Strategy book, as a previous business owner in another industry, there’s a lot of good and refreshing information here in this Strategy book. Are next steps is looking at our first market landscape to get our 1st deal for 2025. Exciting time.

Hi Jonathan, After a long career in the Pharma industry, I finally jumped out to start my real estate business. So now, I’m all about finding my first deal for multi-family rental in the Philly area or about. Studying a lot and trying to get all the metrics aligned to help finalize my first transaction. I’m aiming for 1Q 2025. That’s the first target, afterwards, it is to grow this portfolio for the next few years to multiple of these multi family or apartment buildings. But one step at a time. If there’s anyone in this area of Philly, it would be great to connect and learn about their experiences. Thanks and I wish best to everyone for their 2025 goals.
