Hi everyone, in addition to mail campaigns I'd like to start calling owners of the distressed properties. It looks like Whitepages premium might be a good source to find phone numbers. Has anybody used that service, or something similar?

I believe that through my full-time job (door-to-door residential home security sales) I have a unique opportunity to identify bargain properties in the hidden market before anyone else does. For example, just last week while on route I found 2-3 homes with code violations, 4-5 inherited homes, and 10+ vacant homes, not to mention dozens of 'ugly' homes that could be rehabbed.

What types of homes and where would you be looking? How can we connect outside this site?
